Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 17:30. For any inquiries related to products, please directly contact our nearest branch by phone. You may also contact us through the email form on this site.

We apologize, but we only perform transactions with corporations.

We do also offer overseas deliveries. If the quality standards are in accord, it would also be possible for us to deliver goods produced in a manufacturing base in the destination country.

Depending on the order quantity, there may be bulk sale discounts. A sales representative will advise you, so please contact us separately.

We do offer a catalog for standard screws (Japanese Industrial Standards goods), but there is a charge for the catalog.

If there are any products that you have purchased from another company at a price that you feel was too high, please contact a sales representative separately. We will look into your issue from various angles and provide suggestions.

For small batches, we will provide an estimate based on the order count. We strive to be as flexible as possible, so please contact us.

It is possible that we will not be able to take your request for a prototype model only. As a general rule, our assumption is that there will be successive orders afterwards.

Customer information is handled very carefully as confidential material. If necessary, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement.
