The Selection Process

Both telephone and email applications are accepted

We will ask for your reason for applying, your desired position, your contact details and so on. If they match our requirements, we will ask you to submit the necessary documents.

Screening of submitted documents

Please submit your CV and all other specified documents. After the screening of submitted documents, we will inform you of the result and the interview date (if you have passed the screening).

1st and 2nd interview

An interview with the General Manager and some others will be held at the headquarters. We will contact you within 1 week after the interview to inform you of the result and details of the final interview, if you have passed.

Final interview

An interview with the company’s Director and some others will be held at the headquarters. We will contact you within 1 week after the interview to inform you of the result.

Unofficial offer of employment

We will brief you on the procedure for official entry into our company.
