Are sales toward individuals possible?
We apologize, but we only perform transactions with corporations.

Is it possible to request overseas deliveries?
We do also offer overseas deliveries. If the quality standards are in accord, it would also be possible for us to deliver goods produced in a manufacturing base in the destination country.

Are there any bulk sale discounts?
Depending on the order quantity, there may be bulk sale discounts. A sales representative will advise you, so please contact us separately.

I would like a catalog.
We do offer a catalog for standard screws (Japanese Industrial Standards goods), but there is a charge for the catalog.

Could you provide cost-cutting suggestions please?
If there are any products that you have purchased from another company at a price that you feel was too high, please contact a sales representative separately. We will look into your issue from various angles and provide suggestions.

Do you accept small batch orders?
For small batches, we will provide an estimate based on the order count. We strive to be as flexible as possible, so please contact us.

Can we ask you to make a prototype?
It is possible that we will not be able to take your request for a prototype model only. As a general rule, our assumption is that there will be successive orders afterwards.
